Some of our Pool and Leisure Centres will be closed for annual pools maintenance, these are:
- Ōtara Pool and Leisure Centre - Monday 13 October to Sunday 26 October (reopening Monday 27 October at 9am - Labour Day)
Terms and Conditions
The promotional period:
20 October - 16 November 2025.
The offer:
This offer entitles you to four weeks free and no joining fee. Selected memberships include all Get into It, Gym, It, Move It and Swim It memberships.
The detail:
- A minimum term of 6 months applies from the start of the membership.
- After the initial 4-week period, your payments will change to the standard price of the membership you elected at the time of sign-up. Prices will vary depending on the membership that you chose when signing up.
- The offer is available to new members with no current membership during the promotional period and is not applicable to existing or former members who have terminated their membership within the past three months.
- The membership start date must be within the promotional period.
- At the end of the 6-month minimum term, your membership and payments will continue without further notice. If you wish to cancel your membership after the end of the minimum term period, at no cost, please contact your local centre - a 10-day notice period applies for cancellations.
- No suspensions can be applied during the first 4 weeks.
- Not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

- In the event you cancel your membership within the minimum term, a cancellation fee will apply. See clause 5 of the standard terms and conditions.
- In the event your membership is terminated during the minimum term due to consecutive missed payments, a cancellation fee will apply. See Clause 20 of the standard terms and conditions.
