Spa, Sauna and Steam Room rules
Our Spa, Sauna and Steam Room areas are called our Swim Plus Zones. All users must be 17 years and older and be wearing a Swim Plus Wristband.
- Members: Your entry to Swim Plus Zones is included with your GET INTO IT and SWIM IT memberships. If you want to use the spa, sauna or steam rooms at your centre, you can get this from reception. If you're only swimming, there's no need for a wristband.
- Non-members: The Swim Plus Zone fee is separate from the Swim Only fee. Please see our Prices and Memberships page for prices. Wristbands need to be collected upon payment.
To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please remember to:
- Take a break in a cool place every 15 minutes.
- Please do not lie down.
- Sit on a towel or mat in the sauna and steam room.
- Shower and towel dry before and after use.
- Drink plenty of water from a plastic or stainless steel bottle. Glass bottles are not permitted in the pool area.
Exit immediately if you are uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy and seek the assistance of staff. Even if you have no existing health conditions, excessive time spent in the spa, sauna, and steam room could be fatal.
Please refrain from:
- Pouring water on the rocks in the saunas. This will damage the saunas.
- Using oil or lotion.
- Spitting.
Do not use the spa, sauna, or steam room if you:
- are pregnant
- have a serious illness
- have a heart condition
- have high or low blood pressure
- have a respiratory condition
- or have any other medical condition which, may affect your reaction to heat.
