Marina Fitness Centre is a dedicated fitness environment where you can enjoy personalised fitness programmes, guidance and encouragement from our friendly, qualified trainers, the latest and greatest cardio and weight machines, fun fitness challenges and an amazing, supportive community of likeminded people.
Whether you prefer to work out on your own, with a trainer or in a group fitness environment, we’ve got the fitness solution that will help you meet your goals.
The Marina Fitness team is all about helping its community and members get active their way! We welcome your enquiries — you can use the contact us form or, even better, come and visit us and check out our cool facility, great location and awesome member culture.

We know that everyone's needs are different so, in consultation with you, when you become a member we tailor a support programme to best serve you while you're getting (fit and) active your way.

Group fitness classes get you off the couch and interacting with our community. They also harness the group's energy to create a motivating, challenging, and totally addictive workout experience.

A high-intensity interval workout with different stations that focus on cardiovascular conditioning and strength training.
Focus on your core with the core principles of pilates! The eight principles of the pilates technique – concentration, breath, centering, control, precision, movement, isolation and routine – are brought together to give you a low-impact workout that strengthens like nothing else.
This class incorporates all the standard Pilates principles, but is designed to be gentle on the senior body. Work on your core strength, posture and mobility with the support of our trained instructors. Suitable for 65 years+.
Yoga your mind and yoga your body. This workout can range from gentle and slow-moving to dynamic, but it always tones, shapes and centres the mind without impact or stress.
A dance sensation! This high-energy class combines Latin rhythm with easy-to-follow moves to deliver a one-of-a-kind fitness programme. With dancing like this, you won’t even realise you’re working out!
An energetic class with a mix of exercises; weights for power and strength, cardio for increased fitness and core and balance for improved stability.
This class is based around and on the step.
Working with intervals of 20 seconds of high step action and a 10 second break. The class has been designed to take you through a multi-peak cardio workout.
Using stages ENERGY STEP UP offers a range of levels to work at making it a great workout for all fitness types ensuring everyone can achieve their personal best.
Level 2.
A mix of resistance and cardio training that excludes movements of getting up and down from the floor. Ideal for older adults (65yrs+) that have reasonable mobility and do not require a walking aid.
Level 3.
A mix of resistance and cardio training that may include movements of getting up and down from the floor. Ideal for older adults that have a good level of fitness, mobility and leg strength.
