Our New Member Journey is designed to deliver everything you need upfront, creating a seamless introduction to the gym, your programme, and how we’ll support you ongoing.
Your Kickstart Session
Induction and Programme Setup
The Kickstart brings together your induction and programme setup in one complete session, designed to give you clarity, confidence, and direction from the start.
During the session, we take time to understand you — your goals, exercise history, and any injuries or health considerations. We will also complete some simple benchmark testing to establish your starting point.
Using this information, we’ll design a Kickstart programme tailored to your experience level and goals. Your programme provides a safe, effective foundation to build from, and you’ll have access to your programme card at every stage — making it easy to follow, track progress, and update as you move forward.
Getting Started on the Gym Floor
We’ll guide you through your exercises, with clear demonstrations and coaching. Our goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and supported.
While you’re training, our team will check in with you on the gym floor. We’ll chat about what’s working, adjust movements that feel too easy or challenging, and share feedback to make sure you’re motivated and enjoying your workouts.
Programme Progress and Tracking
As part of your membership, you will receive a complimentary 12‑week programme update. We will review your progress and goals and recommend changes, this could be anywhere from small progressions to a full refresh — with you always involved in the decision. This helps ensure your training continues to align with all your goals and supports safe, confident progress.
