Marina Fitness Centre is a dedicated fitness environment where you can enjoy personalised fitness programmes, guidance and encouragement from our friendly, qualified trainers, the latest and greatest cardio and weight machines, fun fitness challenges and an amazing, supportive community of likeminded people.
Whether you prefer to work out on your own, with a trainer or in a group fitness environment, we’ve got the fitness solution that will help you meet your goals.
The Marina Fitness team is all about helping its community and members get active their way! We welcome your enquiries — you can use the contact us form or, even better, come and visit us and check out our cool facility, great location and awesome member culture.

Weekends, 8am–5pm

In-house Personal Trainer
Janine is a qualified and REPs registered Personal Trainer with a strong passion for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. With a background in competitive bodybuilding - including experience at the World Championship level - she brings discipline, focus, and a results-driven mindset to every session.
Janine’s training style is supportive and empowering, ideal for anyone looking to break through a plateau, regain motivation, or take their fitness to the next level.

Group fitness classes
Group fitness classes get you off the couch and interacting with our community. They also harness the group's energy to create a motivating, challenging, and totally addictive workout experience.
They're a great way to change things up and make the most of your workout!
Play your role
Keep everyone safe and healthy with good hygiene practice - here are a few friendly reminders of the basics:
- Bring your water bottle and towel - No towel = No workout!
- Bring your mat to any floor-based classes (e.g. yoga)
- Cover your coughs and sneezes (into your elbow or with tissues and dispose of these into the bin immediately)
- Wash your hands frequently
- Wipe equipment you have used - while our staff clean regularly, we need your help too (we have wipes and spray for you to use)
- Shower before you swim or jump into an aqua class (helps us keep our pools clean)
- And, stay home if you are unwell - play it safe!

- Book into group fitness classes related to your membership up to 72 hours in advance.
- You'll be notified of any class cancellations by email.
- You'll receive confirmation of a booked class in a form of an admission ticket.
- You don’t need to do anything with the admission ticket, just scan your membership card upon arrival. - Please see reception upon arrival.

A mix of resistance and cardio training that excludes movements of getting up and down from the floor. Ideal for older adults (65yrs+) that have reasonable mobility and do not require a walking aid.
