10 Pass terms and conditions
- Passes are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, any unused visits are not refundable.
- 10-passes are available for ages 17yrs and over only.
- All personal information that we collect about you will be held by us in accordance with our privacy policy. We will only use that
information for purposes required for the operation of the leisure centres, including administration of your account, and for marketing purposes. We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your privacy. You have the right to access and request correction of any personal information we hold about you at any time. - Passes are valid for the centre they are purchased from, with the exception of our Swim 10 and Swim Plus 10 passes which can be used at multiple pools (Stanmore Bay, Albany, Glenfield, Birkenhead, Takapuna, Tepid Baths, West Wave, Lloyd Elsmore, Manurewa Pools)
- You must comply with any rules displayed on site or on our website and with the instructions of staff.
- You will be issued with a membership card/wristband, this is for personal use only. We reserve the right to terminate your 10-pass purchase if your membership card/wristband is used by someone else or if you gain access to the facility without using your card/wristband. You must tell us immediately if you lose or damage your card/wristabnd. A fee will be charged for any replacement card/wristband provided.
- Passes may be used by you, the assigned pass holder, and one eligible guest (each person = 1 visit). Passes are non-transferable and cannot be given to friends or family to use without your presence. Guests must meet the eligibility criteria for the pass type.
- Flexi pass - your flexi pass sessions will expire 3 months after the date of purchase. At the end of this date your flexi pass sessions will automatically expire. Any unused sessions after expiry are non-refundable. Flexi pass sessions must be paid in advance by EFTPOS or credit card.
- Hours of operation are subject to change. We may close for statutory holidays, special events, maintenance work or other holidays and you are not entitled to any fees refund for such closures. See the facility noticeboards, website or social media pages for updates. We are not liable for any closures or limitation in services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- We endeavour to provide you with high-quality facilities and services, but certain constraints apply:- Facilities are available during opening hours on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to any applicable charges for special services or classes and to booking requirements- Particular equipment or classes may not always be available or may be periodic or seasonal. We reserve the right to restrict or change equipment or services at any time- We may at any point, restrict access to certain facilites/activities for health and safety reasons
- You must ensure you are fit and healthy enough to undertake your chosen activities and/or get your doctor’s prior approval if you are pregnant or you suffer at any time from any medical condition (including any heart condition or injury). You must notify us of any health conditions existing or arising and provide any other health information or medical certificate on request. We may require you to undergo a fitness consultation or induction
- In the event of an emergency, you agree to your name, medical conditions and emergency contact being provided to emergency services where required. You also confirm you have received permission from your emergency contact to share your emergency contact's name and phone number with the council and emergency services.
