Upcoming Centre closure for maintenance
Check out the key dates and details below so you can plan ahead!
Dates of closure: Monday 22 September to Sunday 5 October 2025
- All facilities will be closed during these dates, however our on-site physio Habit Health will still be available for appointments.
- Our Fitness team will also be running group fitness classes outside for those participating in our 8-week Spring Fitness Challenge.
What's happening during the closure
- General maintenance on all pools and swim plus zones
- Pool plant maintenance and chemical cleaning of high-use areas
- New LED lighting in the fitness space
- Plus, we're excited by all of the comments you've posted on our board, we are looking forward to implementing some of these initiatives!
What about my membership/10-visit pass?
- Gym It members will have your membership upgraded to an All Centre Gym Access only, so you can still get your workout in at another Auckland Council-owned and operated gym*
- Swim It members will have your membership upgraded to an All Centre Swim Access only, so you can still swim at another Auckland Council-owned and operated pool*
- Get into It members will not be suspended or upgraded as your membership already has access to all other centres*
- 10-visit passholders will be suspended from 22 September to 5 October 2025.

As the closure is during the school holidays, your lessons will not be affected.

If you are unable to use another centre during the closure, please email us with a suspension request by 19 September, or you can suspend your membership online via myLEISURE. Visit our website to see how you can suspend your membership online.
