Terms and Conditions - $30 for 30 days, plus no joining fee!

The offer:
This offer entitles you to 30 days use of all council operated centres for a $30 membership fee when signing up on a new membership during the promotional period. Plus, pay no joining fee.
The detail:
- A minimum term of 3 months applies from the start of the initial 30-day promotional period.
- Available for customers signing up on a weekly direct debit membership only.
- The $30 for 30 days promo membership allows access to all council operated fitness centres, pools and group fitness classes (excl. Generation 612). Access may vary after the initial 30-day promo period depending on your chosen membership.
- At the time of purchase (in centre) or picking up your membership card (myLEISURE sign up) you will be required to select the membership of your choice for the remainder of the 3-month minimum term period.
- After the initial 30-day period your payments will change to the membership price you selected at time of sign-up. Prices will vary dependent on the membership that you choose.
- This offer is available for customers with no current membership at the participating Auckland Council Pools and Leisure centres during the promotional period.
- The membership start date must be within the promotional period.
- No suspensions can be applied during the first 30 days.
- Normal membership fees apply throughout.
- Standard membership Terms and Conditions apply.
- Not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- At the end of the 3-month minimum term, your membership payments will continue without further notice. If you wish to cancel your membership after the end of the minimum term period, at no cost, please contact your local centre – a 10-day notice period applies for cancellations.
- In the event you cancel your membership within the minimum term a cancellation fee will apply. See clause 5 of the standard terms and conditions.
- In the event your membership is terminated during the minimum term due to consecutive missed payments, a cancellation fee will apply. See Clause 20 of the standard terms and conditions.
