Beach Haven Sports Centre

About the centre

Futsal, tennis, squash, hockey, touch, volleyball! Beach Haven Sports Centre is the North Shore's premier multi-sport facility. All our courts are floodlit so you can play all year round. Choose from:

• a large multi-sport training space 
• our four indoor squash courts
• our four artificial grass tennis courts
• our two futsal courts
• our three table tennis tables.

There's ample car parking and there are showers onsite. The artificial turf multi-sport courts were resurfaced in mid-2015 with new markings, drainage, and fencing and supplied with new equipment for tennis, futsal and hockey.

Beach Haven Sports Centre is just 10 minutes from the Harbour Bridge and a handy five-minute walk to local cafes and shops. Public toilets are available on the far side of the sports fields, at the top of the grass bank at the back of the courts.

Drop-in use of our courts

Our outside courts (hockey, futsal, tennis, etc.) are available for drop-in, unbooked use on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is no paid booking scheduled, you can use the courts for no charge. 

Bookings for each day can be viewed at either of two computer kiosks:

• one in the lounge
• one under the porch on the ground floor.

Membership

You can become a member of Beach Haven Sports Centre through our resident club, Shepherds Park Squash Club.

Club members have 24-hour access to the centre (subject to court availability). The club books selected peak times and members-only times.
