Customer support representatives
Our customer support representatives work on the frontlines of our facilities greeting customers, selling memberships, casual entry and swim school and gym items and are there when the facilities open and close. They also do a bit of admin and carry out back-office work. If you love dealing with customers, have an eye for detail and are good at problem solving, get in touch today!
Our fitness instructors help members decide what they want to achieve from going to the gym. They also write and deliver fitness programmes and ensure our members are using the correct work-out techniques. We also have group fitness instructors who facilitate group exercise activities including aquarobics. All fitness instructors need to be good communicators, able to relate to a wide range of people and REPs certified.
Learn to Swim instructors
Learn to Swim instructors teach everyone from babies to adults how to swim and facilitate swim squads across the nine swim schools in our network. We are looking for potential instructors who are outgoing, fantastic communicators and are passionate about keeping Aucklanders safe in the water.
Our lifeguards are well-known across Auckland for keeping our customers safe while they swim and play in our pools. They have a key role in the health and safety at our pools keeping an eye on our swimmers and ensuring the water quality is up to standard. As well as being able to swim, lifeguards must be keen observers and able to react quickly.
Recreation assistants design and deliver before and after school care programmes and holiday programmes for children. They also facilitate, coach and referee specific sports leagues during the year. Recreation assistants must be able to communicate with and manage a wide range of people and if they're involved in our sports leagues, they'll require in-depth knowledge of the sport.
Early childhood teachers
At our Kauri Kids centres, we believe that with the right nurturing all tamariki can be as mighty as the kauri tree. If you love working with preschoolers and have a passion for helping them reach their potential and live a healthy, prosperous life, why not join us as an ECE educator or head teacher?
