Not only is it heaps of fun splashing around but it's highly effective too. The natural resistance provided by the water will give you a great workout.
Cool it down
And because it removes heat from the equation, your metabolic rate greatly increases. This means you burn even more calories.
It also helps build strength while placing less stress on your joints and muscles. Plus, there's less impact of gravity in the water which allows for a greater range of motion.

Aqua fitness is completely non-competitive. No one will notice if you make a wrong move in the water so there's no need to feel self-conscious.

The type of aqua class you choose will determine which parts of your body you work on. Whether it’s Zumba, HIT or Karate — just add a little H2O and you’re good to go.
