The following measures are in place to keep customers and staff safe during RED:

  • Masks must be worn everywhere in the building (unless you have a medical exemption) but can be removed when you enter the pool hall.
  • Our pools will have play/leisure swimming available and it is the customers' responsibility to maintain a 1m physical distance from others.
  • There are no capacity limits to a lane, however, it is your responsibility to maintain a 1m physical distance from others.
  • If any areas of the pool become too crowded to maintain 1m physical distancing, staff will close these areas off.
  • Spas, sauna rooms, and steam rooms are open with limited capacity based on 1m physical distancing. Please limit use to 15 minutes.
  • Changing rooms are open with limited capacity. We recommend that you change and shower at home or work.
